Development Courses for Districts, Schools & Professionals

Our courses/trainings meet and exceed NJ Professional Development Standards.   Further, our consultants model how to shift from current practices to using the standards as an instructional tool.

Our trainers hold advanced degrees in education, and have a minimum of five years of teaching, supervisory, and
administrative experience.

We utilize a system of various workshops and staff trainings to implement our professional development programs.
Furthermore, we do offer follow-up training and mentoring to ensure quality assurance.

Teachers who participate in our training receive half or full day workshops. We also provide in-class support and
mentoring – depending on the services offered.

We offer workshops and trainings in a variety of settings.  Initial fees range from $125 per participant and up. Costs are
also based on the type of services requested.
